The FS Lan Party organisation, organises a yearly lan party dedicated to Flight Simulation. This event takes places on the announced date and place. By participating to the FS Lan Party, every participant agrees to these rules and every decision the FS Lan Party organisation makes about it.

The decisions that are made by the FS Lan Party organisation about the proceedings of the event, the distribution of prices and these rules cannot be debated.

These rules can be changed at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be announced on the website.

The participants and visitors accept the rules of the house, respect these and will behave themselves to it. Participants or visitors who break these rules (by participating to intoxication, vandalism, riot, brawl or disruption of order) can be denied access to the FS LAN Party at all times and at serious indictable offences the police force will be informed.

Any participant who violates any of these rules, can be removed from the event.

The FS Lan Party organisation can be passed under no circumstances responsibility for any damage, both direct and indirect, to persons, whether or not participants, or material (hard- and software) as a result of taking part of the FS Lan Party. This applies also to technical jammings and/or problems in hard or software, or by FS Lan Party resulting in participation being temporary difficult or impossible.

The FS Lan Party organisation are not responsible for any accidents, loss of material, hacking, vandalism or theft of material. Anyone who is guilty of hacking, vandalism or theft will be immediately reported to the police.

The FS Lan Party organisation is not responsible for any software products used by the participants. This applies to both the software installed on the PCs, but alos to any other software products on any other medium.

The distribution of copyright protected material is strictly forbidden during the event. The organisation will regularly monitor for any distribution of copyright protected material, any participant who is caught distributing copyright protected material will be removed from the event and reported to the respective authorities.

The FS Lan Party organisation will, taking into account the law of December 8, 1992 with respect to the protection of the personal life and as changed by the law of December 11, 1998 with respect to the processing of personal data, store the personal details of the participants in its database. This allows the FS Lan Party organisation to inform former participants about new editions of the lan party. These details will never, for any aim, commercially or personal, be sold or given to 3rd parties. All personal details about the participants will be kept by the FS Lan Party orgnisation with the largest discretion. When sending personal details, the participant however will recognize the risk of sending information through the internet. Damage which is the consequence of the use of personal details of the participant by unauthorized person can be passed under no circumstances on FS LAN Party organisation.

A participant is only registered for the FS Lan Party, if the registration is done at least 5 working days before the event. The FS Lan Party organisation reserves the right to close registrations at an earlier date if needed.

Participants can opt to pay by wire transfer before the event, or in cash on the day of the event. In case of wire transfer a reduction to the participation fee will be offered to the participants.

Participants who opted to pay their participation fee by wire transfer should fullfil this payment at least 5 working days before the event. If the payment is not received at the time of the event, the reduction for wire transfers will not be granted.

The FS Lan Party organisation reserves the right to cancel the event by unforeseen circumstances at any time.

The participants are only allowed to access the venue during the opening hours. Outside these hours only the FS Lan Party organisation team and approved individuals are allowed access.

During the event, participants are required to use the trash bins for any trash. Do not leave the trash on the tables, or throw it on the ground!

The FS Lan Party organisation opts to organise a BBQ during the event. Participants interested in the BBQ, must reserve in advance and the payment can be done by wire transfer before the event, or in cash on the day of the event. In case of a wire transfer a reduction of the BBQ price will be offered to the participants.

The FS Lan Party organisation reserves the right to determine each year how the prizes will be distributed between the participants. This can be by a lottery system, or by a challenge, or anything else.

The prizes can be claimed until the end of the event, if not redeemed at the end of the event, the prizes become property of the FS Lan Party organisation and will be reused at the next edition.

Under no circumstances, the FS Lan Party organisation will allow to trade the prize to specimens of any kind, or another prize.

Members of the FS Lan Party organisation team are excluded from winning a prize.

Bringing food and drinks with you is not allowed, unless prior written permission is given by the FS Lan Party organisation. The organisation will offer food and drinks at very democratic prices.

The use of strong alcoholic beverages is not allowed.

Smoking and the use of any drugs are strictly prohibted.

Smoking is allowed outside of the venue, but the use of the ashtrays is required. Anyone who does not use the ashtrays will be required to pay a drink for all participants and to clean up the cigarettes.

The use of electronic kitchen equipment is prohibited.

The use of speakers is prohibited.
